Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Most orders placed by 2:00pm EST, Monday-Friday, will usually ship the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next business day.

Please note: If your order includes particularly large items, or if you have ordered heavy items or large quantities, our rates may differ. If this is the case, you will be notified of the difference and your order will be on hold pending your reply.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase with initial receipt. All merchandise must be in new condition, in its original packaging, unopened. All return items will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Only online orders are eligible for return.

All returned orders must be returned at the customer’s expense.

Items that are not returnable:

• Unpackaged items
• Candy & food products
• Piñatas
• Balloons
